Refund Policy

Last updated: December 2026

This policy explains the refund window, verification requirements, and request process for TangVPN subscription services. For questions about orders, payments, or refund status, submit a ticket in the user panel so your request can be matched to the payment records on your account.

Request window and scope

You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first successful payment. The first successful payment record is used to verify the request window. Requests submitted within that window do not require proof of connection failures, unusual speeds, or other service issues.

State clearly in your ticket that you want a refund and identify the relevant order. If verification extends beyond the request window, the application will still be reviewed based on the date the refund request was first submitted; the date of any later document submission does not replace it. A subsequent renewal, upgrade, or separate order does not restart the window for the first payment.

Monthly subscriptions and data packages are billed differently. Data packages remain available until used and never expire, but that validity period does not make the refund window permanent. Requests submitted after the window above are not covered by the full-refund commitment for any reason described on this page.

Usage records and account review

Connecting to a route or using data normally does not, by itself, remove eligibility for a no-questions-asked refund requested within the window. The stated policy does not deduct a percentage based on data used, nor does it publish a refund threshold for “excessive use”; requests will not be rejected solely based on an unpublished usage limit.

If order ownership is unclear, payment records do not match, the same order has already been refunded, or a payment provider is handling a dispute, the status must first be verified to prevent duplicate processing. An order that has not been paid has no refundable amount, and a completed refund cannot be issued again for the same payment.

If an account is involved in a dispute over the terms of service, service access and refund eligibility should be reviewed separately; an anomaly label alone is not grounds to determine that refund eligibility has expired. The outcome should explain the related order, supporting facts, and applicable terms. Any items still requiring verification will be confirmed through the ticket.

Submitting a ticket and required details

Log in to the user panel and submit a refund request on the ticket page. Include the order number, payment method, payment date, and amount paid, and mention any existing payment dispute or other refund request. You may provide a reason for the refund, but it is not required for a request within the window.

If the order is not marked as paid, you may attach transaction details from your payment receipt that can help with verification, while obscuring information unrelated to this request. Do not submit your account password, payment password, private key, or full account credentials in a ticket. If you cannot log in, first check your account access on the login page.

If information is missing, add it to the original ticket and keep the full conversation together where possible. A refund request, order verification, and completed refund are separate stages; submitting a ticket does not mean the money has already been returned.

Refunds to the original payment method

Refunds are processed through the original payment route whenever possible. Alipay and WeChat orders must be checked against the original transaction record; if the provider supports a return to the original method, the refund will be linked to that payment. If the original route is unavailable, confirm the available next steps through a ticket first. Do not transfer funds to a recipient whose details have not been verified.

USDT transfers use a different refund process from Alipay and WeChat payments and should not be treated as transactions that can be automatically reversed. For an on-chain return, the original payment record must be verified through a ticket, and the receiving address and network must be confirmed as compatible before processing. Never send a private key or recovery phrase as proof of identity.

This page does not specify additional refund fees, exchange rates, or deductions for on-chain fees, and none of these are default deduction conditions. Any payment details that require coordination should be explained before processing, with a record of the discussion kept for reference.

Refund status and confirmation

A refund involves order verification, payment provider processing, and confirmation of receipt. The time required depends on the status of the original transaction and the provider's processing progress. This service has not published a standard refund timeline and therefore does not guarantee arrival within a fixed number of business days; ticket replies and actual payment records determine the status.

After receiving a refund processing notification, check the original payment account or the confirmed receiving records. If the refund has not arrived yet, follow up through the original ticket and provide transaction status information that can help trace it. Avoid submitting duplicate requests for the same payment.

If you have questions about the outcome, ask for clarification in the original ticket. For account usage rules, see the Terms of Service; for information about handling request details, see the Privacy Policy.
